TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Nails by Anna, we prioritize transparency and legal compliance. Our Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines and rules that govern the use of our website and the relationship between our valued clients and our salon. It is important to familiarize yourself with these terms before booking our services.

Parking Instructions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they park in designated areas.

Clients may park in the lot just East of the Monarch building (access off 25th street), on Ogden Ave, or in the Ogden City garage off Ogden Ave (2558 Ogden Ave).

Any parking fees, violations, or towing are the client’s responsibility.

 

Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

 

Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation and may be be subject to cancellation fees.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a 50% cancelation fee at my discretion.

 

No-call, no-show clients may be charged for the full service.

Service Guarantee & Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you experience any issues (e.g., chipping, lifting) within 7 days, please contact us for a complimentary fix.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

Health & Safety

Clients with contagious conditions (e.g., fungal infections, open wounds) may be refused service for health and hygiene reasons.

Clients with allergies must make that known before service is rendered.

We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Payment & Pricing

Payments are accepted via all major credit cards.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Detailed nail art is available for an additional charge, up to $10 per nail, at my discretion. These charges will be discussed before any service is provided.

Photography & Social Media

We may take photos of our work for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your nails featured, please inform us in advance.

Client Conduct

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion, without the obligation to provide justification for our decision. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and overall quality of our services. Clients are encouraged to maintain a respectful and cooperative demeanor to foster a positive business relationship. Any behavior that disrupts this environment may result in the refusal of service.

Nails by Anna LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
